Connecting two listed lateral properties, the developer commissioned me to design a grand imposing residence. I created large reception areas with plenty of room to dine and entertain formally, adding a study and additional space to relax in comfort.

On the upper floor I designed three large en-suite bedrooms, dressing rooms and guest bathrooms. At the rear, I created a landing for guests to leave their coats and gather at a bar. This area opens up via glass-panelled doors to a terrace with planting and sculpture. On summer evenings, guests can step out to the terrace to enjoy the outdoors while sipping a drink from the bar.
