Working closely with the developer, architect and builder, I joined two properties using space on a wide fire escape landing. I designed the front property around an entrance hall leading to a drawing room, dining room, powder room, kitchen and laundry room.

A divider in the dining room leads to a less formal cinema and library area. Further along, I created a large master bedroom with a dressing room and bathroom. At the rear I designed three light-filled bedroom suites, all with ample space.
